Executive Assistant to the Director
Amy Rose is the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Center for Occupational and Environmental Health, and provides general support to the Department of Public Health Sciences. Primary assistance to the Director includes travel arrangement and expense reimbursements, scheduling of meetings and calendar items, regular maintenance and updates to the Director’s CV, primary document management and routine correspondence. Amy is experienced using the Pre-purchasing, KFS, and AggieTravel systems. She assists with submitting purchase requests for our Medical Surveillance team, and also provides travel support for State contract employees. Amy is also a coordinator for special events within the Department and its divisions. She is well experienced organizing venue reservation, catering, event space setup, registration and materials, and providing day of event support.
Amy lives in Midtown Sacramento, where she enjoys the arts and culture of local theater and music.
